Latest Logo respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In line with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we respond promptly to clear notices of alleged copyright or trademark infringement.

1. Logos on this website

The logos shown on Latest Logo are the trademarks and property of their respective owners. They are shared for identification, reference and educational purposes only. Their appearance here does not imply any affiliation with, or endorsement by, the brands concerned. See our Terms of Use for the conditions that apply to downloads.

2. Filing a takedown notice

If you are the owner of a logo or other material on this website, or are authorised to act for the owner, and you believe it is being used in a way that infringes your rights, send a written notice that includes:

  1. Your full name, organisation (if any), postal address, phone number and email address.
  2. A description of the copyrighted work or trademark you believe has been infringed.
  3. The exact URL(s) on Latest Logo where the material appears.
  4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent or the law.
  5. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or are authorised to act on the owner’s behalf.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

Send your notice through our contact form: choose “DMCA / copyright takedown” as the reason and list the URL(s) of the material.

3. What happens next

When we receive a complete notice, we review it and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the material, usually within a few business days. We may share the notice with the person who uploaded the material. Incomplete notices may delay our response.

4. Counter-notice

If you believe material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice through the same contact form. It must include your contact details, the URL of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe it was removed in error, your consent to the jurisdiction of the relevant court, and your signature. If the original complainant does not start legal action within the period required by law, we may restore the material.

5. Repeat infringement and misuse

We may remove the content of anyone who repeatedly infringes the rights of others. Please note that knowingly sending a false notice or counter-notice may make you liable for damages, including costs and legal fees.
